About Harmony Angels

Built by someone who knows what accountable care looks like — and wasn’t willing to settle for less.

Why I started Harmony Angels

I ran an urgent care facility, so I understand what fast, reliable, accountable care actually looks like — and what families need when they’re worried about someone they love. I saw it up close: families in our waiting room, stressed not just about what brought them in, but about what was happening at home. A parent living alone. A spouse stretched too thin. Someone who needed consistent daily help but didn’t need a hospital.

When I looked at the home care market, I kept finding the same problems — high caregiver turnover, inconsistent standards, families who felt they were managing the agency more than the agency was managing care. I knew it didn’t have to work that way.

Harmony Angels is built around one idea: that the right caregiver, showing up consistently to the same home, makes everything better — for the client, for the family, and for the caregiver who gets to build a real relationship instead of rotating through strangers. Every standard we hold comes back to that.

“We didn’t build this agency around filling shifts. We built it around the belief that consistent, trustworthy care changes everything.”

Caregiver standards

Every caregiver who works with Harmony Angels clients meets the same requirements before they ever step into a home.

  • 5+ years of experience, required

Every caregiver we place has a minimum of five years of hands-on home care experience. We don't hire entry-level staff and train them in your parent's home. You get someone who has done this — and done it well — for years.

  • Background screening on every caregiver

Thorough background checks are non-negotiable — every caregiver, every placement, no exceptions. You should never have to wonder who is in your parent's home. We make sure you don't have to.

  • A real vetting process

We interview every candidate directly, verify their experience with prior employers, and put them through scenario-based questions drawn from real home care situations — the unexpected moments, the difficult conversations, and the everyday routines that define quality care. References are checked, not just collected.

  • The same caregiver, every visit

Consistency matters more than most people realize. Your parent builds trust with one person — someone who knows their routine, their preferences, and their personality. That relationship is part of the care. We protect it.

Agency standards

The way we run the agency reflects the same standard we hold for caregivers — no gaps, no shortcuts.

Insured and bonded

Harmony Angels carries liability insurance and is bonded. Every client family is protected — if something goes wrong, you are not left without recourse. This is a baseline we consider non-negotiable, not a selling point.

Missed-shift policy

If a scheduled caregiver can’t make a shift, we notify your family promptly and dispatch a backup caregiver. We do not leave a shift uncovered or leave you to find a replacement yourself. You should never wake up wondering whether help is coming — that’s our job to handle, not yours.
