1. Who We Are
Harmony Angels Home Care (“Harmony Angels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed non-medical home care agency located at 2140 McGee Rd, Suite A-4300, Snellville, GA 30078 (License #PHCP013222). We provide companion care and personal care services to clients throughout Metro Atlanta.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at harmonyangelscare.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your options for controlling how your information is handled.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you call us, submit a contact form, or request an in-home assessment, you may provide:
- Your name and the name of the person needing care
- Phone number and email address
- Details about the care situation (location, type of care needed, schedule preferences)
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if a care relationship begins, to provide care services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our Site collects certain information automatically when you visit:
- Your IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and how you navigated to the Site
- General geographic location (derived from IP address — not GPS or precise location data)
This information is collected through server logs and the third-party analytics and advertising tools described below. Non-essential tools are only loaded if you have granted the corresponding consent category.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic, and deliver relevant advertising. We ask for your consent before loading non-essential cookies.
We use three categories of cookies:
- Necessary cookies are required for the Site to function — for example, storing your cookie consent preferences. They are always active and cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for this purpose. GA4 is loaded on every page of this Site.
- Advertising cookies enable us to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns. These are only loaded if you grant advertising consent.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Clicking it opens the preferences panel where you can enable or disable Analytics and Advertising cookies independently.
4. Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC, on every page of this Site. GA4 uses cookies and tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Site — including pages visited, time on site, and general location derived from IP address.
This information is transmitted to and stored by Google. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
5. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We intend to use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when visitors complete meaningful actions on our Site — such as calling us or submitting a form — after clicking one of our Google Ads. This tag has not yet been activated; it will be added in a near-term update once configuration is complete. When active, it will only load if you grant advertising consent.
Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage Google’s ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.
6. Meta (Facebook) Pixel
If you grant advertising consent, we load the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns by tracking actions visitors take after clicking our ads.
Meta’s use of this data is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can manage Meta’s ad preferences through Meta Ad Preferences.
7. Recording Customer Phone Calls
Harmony Angels Home Care may record inbound and outbound telephone calls for quality assurance, staff training, and documentation purposes. By calling us at (470) 942-3244, you acknowledge that your call may be recorded. If you do not wish your call to be recorded, please let us know at the beginning of the call and we will make note of that preference.
8. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to care inquiries and schedule in-home assessments
- Communicate about care services and care planning
- Understand how the Site is being used and improve it over time
- Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Information Sharing
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With Google (for GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking), as described in Sections 4 and 5
- With Meta (for Meta Pixel), as described in Section 6
- As required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our clients, staff, or the public
10. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as it is needed to support the care relationship or respond to follow-up questions. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the policies of the respective platforms (Google and Meta).
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Site.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, hospital directories, or external resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
13. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
